Osmo services are OK I have been testing Osmo services and I have ordered both from the German, Swedish and Norwegian websites and experience for Germany was great, the norwegian experience just lagged in terms of delivery times, maybe because I have ordered the product to the UK.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. First shipment arrived damaged, I called Osmo And was amazed how quick they got back to me, They sent me out a replacement. Very poor service I ordered heated socks and gloves twice. Paid in advance. Both times the order was confirmed but nothing happened. After several weeks I contacted Osmo Customer Service. They answered that the order was canselled and my money refunded. Today Osmo invited me to give the heated gloves a review😂When I politely answered that I wanted the goods delivered - not a refund, Osmo did not offer any help. I have seldom experienced such poor service.
