Avoid this company! Made my first purchase. When we removed item it was broken. I immediately emailed them, there is no number to call. Their response was they need to contact a supplier and they want pictures of item snd the packaging. We had thrown out packaging as at first we did not realize item was damaged. I should have read reviews before ordering from this company! I figure I lost my money and won’t get a replacement without lots of headaches if ever. I will be contacting PayPal and posting on all social media’s.

I ordered 3 items and received 1 I ordered 3 items and received 1. I have been emailing customer service for over 2 weeks and the issue still hasn't been resolved. These were meant for a birthday gift but the birthday has come and gone with no resolution. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this online store to anyone.

Do Not buy from this company I requested a refund for a product I received that was damaged upon arrival. The request was submitted in early November 2021. Despite multiple attempts to reach Sage and Sill via email and their online customer service form, I have received no response. This appears to be a fake company running a scam website. Please avoid sending your money to them.

The Great Shopping Experience with Sage & Sill! The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...🖤
