GBThe Great Shopping Experience with Sage & Sill! The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...š¤

CAPhenomenal Customer Service I ordered 2 raven lamps made of plastic. One of the ravens arrived with a snapped off leg. I reported it to Sage & Sill, saying: "Don't worry about it, I can glue it back on all by myself." They replied almost immediately, with sincere apologies, and told me they would be very happy to send me another lamp -- free of charge -- without me having to return the broken one. Phenomenal customer service!
