The order acknowledgment is #SO0126403. it is now September 13,2022. we have called several times in the last month because it has been 9 months. Furthermore we have now sent 9 emails . This is so unprofessional to not respond. Are you still in business? First time customer. Have not received any shipping information This is the first time I have ordered from Aidan Gray. I ordered lighting ($1895) through their website on April 27, 9 days ago. I received a confirmation, but tracking information has not been provided. I called and left a VM and sent an email earlier this week, Monday I believe, with no response. I called the next day and spoke with John, who was very kind and offered to get in touch with someone so that perhaps I could get shipping information soon. I am absolutely bewildered as I've never waited this long to get shipping information when something is in stock. The confirmation states that the order will be processed immediately. My husband has a small company and I can assure you that communication is never like this. I expect more from Aidan Gray.

If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to better organize the site so I can view all chairs or all lighting instead of bouncing around from the lux and everyday--would make shopping go a lot quicker!

After the order was placed but well… After the order was placed but well before shipment, I contacted customer service to change the ship to address on the order. Unfortunately, I did not note the CSR's name. I was told that I would be called back to ensure the ship to address was changed on the order. She did contact me and told me that the shipping address had been changed and there wouldn't be a problem with the shipment. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the shipment went to the wrong address.

The website should give the… The website should give the measurements including the shade. Your product description for the Abella buffet lamp lists the height of the lamp as 34.75 inches. However that does not include the height of the lamp shade making the overall height of the lamp about 40 inches which makes a big difference. We never would have ordered a lamp of that height. The description is misleading.
