I placed my order on March 31 I placed my order on March 31, 2023 for an in stock item. I never received a confirmation email. Payment is not even pending on my card. I have emailed via the online contact form. I have emailed via the info email. I have emailed via the order email. I have call both the toll free and direct number and customer service just rings and rings and rings then clicks off. On April 12, I did get a person, Karisa in the warehouse. My order is just sitting there unaddressed! She was very apologetic and assured me my order would be taken care of immediately. Nothing... Today, April 14, I left a message with the accounting extension. I would have thought they would have returned my call by now - but - nothing. This is ODD. I have ordered 4 other light fixtures in the past and received a confirmation email and then the product quickly. Since there clearly is something wrong wouldn't a manager or someone in upper management contact me? Instead, all I get these emails for review. So far, my customer rating is negative of zero!

The order acknowledgment is #SO0126403. it is now September 13,2022. we have called several times in the last month because it has been 9 months. Furthermore we have now sent 9 emails . This is so unprofessional to not respond. Are you still in business?
