GBNeed to get rid of Burke decor..waited… Need to get rid of Burke decor..waited a month to get lamps & after canceled & order from Aiden Gray Burke decor lamps came the same day. Called American Express to refund my money from Burke decor. Now waiting to find out how to send the lamps back I cancelled. Don’t need 4 lamps...horrible experience. Very time consuming because of all the emails and phone calls that had to be made. Most ironic is the day I cancelled the lamps Burke decor said it would be another couple of days before they could tell me the status of lamps!!!!!and then WOW show up. All documented with American Express who has refunded my money from Burke decor...very very suspicious.

GBLove yalls products and costumer… Love yalls products and costumer service for trade members! If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to better organize the site so I can view all chairs or all lighting instead of bouncing around from the lux and everyday--would make shopping go a lot quicker!

GBI placed my order on March 31 I placed my order on March 31, 2023 for an in stock item. I never received a confirmation email. Payment is not even pending on my card. I have emailed via the online contact form. I have emailed via the info email. I have emailed via the order email. I have call both the toll free and direct number and customer service just rings and rings and rings then clicks off. On April 12, I did get a person, Karisa in the warehouse. My order is just sitting there unaddressed! She was very apologetic and assured me my order would be taken care of immediately. Nothing... Today, April 14, I left a message with the accounting extension. I would have thought they would have returned my call by now - but - nothing. This is ODD. I have ordered 4 other light fixtures in the past and received a confirmation email and then the product quickly. Since there clearly is something wrong wouldn't a manager or someone in upper management contact me? Instead, all I get these emails for review. So far, my customer rating is negative of zero!
