I ordered an item that was taking quite some time to ship. I was able to exchange it for a similar item that was ready to ship and was issued a refund for the price difference. Amazing and would highly recommend.

Never Received Product I purchased a light fixture from Batten Home and received an order confirmation stating I would receive another email once the item had shipped. I waited and waited, receiving no further correspondence from the company. Finally several weeks later I decided to email them to check up on the order. They responded to tell me that the item was out of stock. Would have been nice to receive this information after placing the order rather than waiting around for a month for a package that never came!

Great customer service Beautiful item and packaging and good price too. I ended up returning the item I got as it was too big and it got damaged by UPS. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in filing a claim which I really appreciated, very nice to work with.
