One of my go-tos for all of the special… One of my go-tos for all of the special pieces in my home. They have excellent customer service and work hard for their customers. I ordered an item that was taking quite some time to ship. I was able to exchange it for a similar item that was ready to ship and was issued a refund for the price difference. Amazing and would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service I received a bench that had a some issues from shipping. Brittney was on it immediately, kept me updated on what the manufacturer would do and worked out a very fair solution. She also would have exchanged it for a new one or let me return it. I can’t say enough good things about her sunny attitude and willingness to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I will absolutely buy From them again. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Disappointing experience I ordered from batten home over 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been processed yet. I have reached out right after placing the order to check on the processing time and was advised that it’d take 2-3 week to ship it. Yet, after 2.5 weeks when checking on the status again, I received no response. The order was placed on 11/17/2022 and today is 12/15/2022 and I have not heard back yet on where the items are. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, would never order again from them.

Lousy customer service Poor communication and terrible customer service..I've tried 4x to get pre-authorized for a return before their 7 day return policy window runs out. No replies. I'm just going ahead and shipping it back. If they hit me with a restocking fee because the return wasnt pre-authorized I'll dispute it with my VISA card. I won't buy from them again. Their "quick ship" took me 6 weeks to receive my item. When I contacted them about this I was told it had been delayed. Well,I guess so,but couldn't they have contacted me?
