One of the items we ordered was in backorder (this was clearly communicated ahead of us placing the order) and they split the shipment into two without any extra charges. GBGreat Service I ordered a light 2 years ago and the service was really good, easy to use website and quick delivery. The light, however, has recently broken. I emailed lampemesteren and Henri Pohjanhovi was amazing in keeping me informed whilst he worked with the manufacturer. They ended up sending a replacement free of charge! Great service - thank you Henri
