Great Service I ordered a light 2 years ago and the service was really good, easy to use website and quick delivery. The light, however, has recently broken. I emailed lampemesteren and Henri Pohjanhovi was amazing in keeping me informed whilst he worked with the manufacturer. They ended up sending a replacement free of charge! Excellent service - Australia Purchased two TR5 Pendant Ø80 Alu Copper - Tom Rossau. Arrived within a week and with no issue. Shipping costs were more than the original quoted price (was contacted after purchase) but we were still happy to pay the extra shipping as it was still cheaper than buying two of the same lights locally.

Great Experience! I have noting but good things to say about our experience with Lampemesteren. We live in the US and the package arrived in less than a week! One of the items we ordered was in backorder (this was clearly communicated ahead of us placing the order) and they split the shipment into two without any extra charges. Highly recommend, would buy from them again.
