GBFALSE ADVERTISER!!!!!!! Purchased a fan from this seller that was advertised as "used like new". It stopped working within 2 weeks. Now I am out $300 for install, diagnostic, and uninstall of a fan that was falsely advertised as like new. When I called the seller I was told "I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for electrician costs." UMMM how about you are responsible for falsely advertising a product as being in like new condition?????? AVOID THIS SELLER AND THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS

GBGreat Service These guys are great to work with. If you have an issue or problem it is corrected or fixed immediately and no questions asked. I have probably order Legrand Adorne products over a dozen times with out a delivery or billing issue. I only wish they would improve the filters in the website.

GBAmazing service Amazing service! We went in with the intention of buying a new power head for our Beam Central Vac which is 20 years old. We took our existing hose so that we could be sure a new power head would fit our old old old system. We TOLD them we were buying a new power head - they took one look at our hose and said they thought a simple repair was all that was needed. Our electrical plug-in piece was worn out, but they felt we did NOT need a new powerhead. They spent 5 minutes fixing us and they were absolutely correct. We got home and were zipping around the house with a like-new vacuum. They were wonderful! They saved us hundreds.....and they could have easily just sold us something we didn't need.

GBI ordered two lamps from lighting and… I ordered two lamps from lighting and locks and my credit card was charged for them. The company then cancelled the order since they no longer had the lamps in stock. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I called Customer Support and they indicated they didn't have the information and to wait a while longer. I've now emailed Customer Support - hopefully that will result in some action.

GBSo pleased with Lighting and Locks!… Four years ago we purchased all the electrical fixtures for our home remodel from Lighting and Locks in Joplin, MO. The prices were very good and the staff were extremely helpful. When we broke a globe on one of the fixtures, they sent a replacement for free. All the fixtures are good quality and still look wonderful. Yesterday, I went to the store looking for a ceiling fan for my new "she shed" (sewing studio). Shawn was very helpful in helping me to find one, a beautiful brushed stainless with blond blades and a remote to control the fan and dim the light--on sale for 50% off!! On top of that, because I wasn't sure if I needed a longer downrod and I live 50 miles away, he suggested that I could find one at a local home improvement store. I'm very pleased with Locks and Lights! Shawn and Tony are topnotch and I recommend them to my friends. '
