Monte Carlo Prairie Fan Purchase We purchased a Monte Carlo Prairie Fan and the order was immediately processed and shipped the next days. We needed a down rod for the fan and it was not listed on their website. We called them and they indicated that they could get it for us, and that also arrived in a very timely manner. All the fixtures are good quality and still look wonderful. Yesterday, I went to the store looking for a ceiling fan for my new "she shed" (sewing studio). Shawn was very helpful in helping me to find one, a beautiful brushed stainless with blond blades and a remote to control the fan and dim the light--on sale for 50% off!! On top of that, because I wasn't sure if I needed a longer downrod and I live 50 miles away, he suggested that I could find one at a local home improvement store.
