GBWaste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked

GBGreat products and service! Own two lighting products from this company and couldn't be more thrilled with both results and the service. Both arrived in excellent packaging and in condition. Due to third party issues with an app + wifi, I struggled with one light's connection and operation. After some time I emailed support and had near immediate response AND a fix for my problem. Within minutes, the light was up and running. Spent the rest of my afternoon playing with the features! Looking forward to ordering more of the same for my house!
