GBMissing parts. Damaged boxes. I ordered two Ozarke Svelte outdoor lamps. Upon delivery, both boxes had been previously opened and were badly damaged. One was missing the mounting hardware and the back of the remote control was missing. The second box was missing the utility box cover.

Not only their lighting are great but also I’m in love with their plates and cutlery. The best of all, is how trusting and well communicative there customer service is!!!

CABeautiful lights, Outstanding Customer Service I purchased some outdoor modern linear lights from Ozarke. They were a custom order because I made them wider than the standard 3" width. I did have an issue with the lights when they arrived so I emailed customer service and Alex was more than helpful and took care of correcting the issue. So happy with the lights, and more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised to get great customer service from the Ozarke team. It was a great customer service experience; especially when customer service seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days.
