Whenever I reached out with questions or for status, I was always provided with excellent customer service - fast response, helpful/friendly attitude, good communication. She even called me back to answer one of my questions. I purchased the large infinity tunnel mirror. It came within a week inside of a secure box.The mirror was installed, and I LOVE it!!

GBWaste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked

GBMissing parts. Damaged boxes. I ordered two Ozarke Svelte outdoor lamps. Upon delivery, both boxes had been previously opened and were badly damaged. One was missing the mounting hardware and the back of the remote control was missing. The second box was missing the utility box cover.
