Waste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked

Great products. Great support team. Second time ordering the immense outdoor light from them and love the products. First time around, there was minor issues installing them as we were doing them ourselves and not through an electrician, custom service team picked up the phone pretty quickly and helped us out. Will be coming back for 1 or more 2 more when we find spots to install them.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My experience with this company was excellent! I was thrilled to be able to speak with someone and ask questions about products of interest. She even called me back to answer one of my questions. I purchased the large infinity tunnel mirror. It came within a week inside of a secure box.The mirror was installed, and I LOVE it!!

Upscaled buys with super reasonable prices! I usually don't leave reviews, but I've been following Ozarke since they first started, and the variety and quality of their products constantly exceeds my expectations with every purchase. I have slowly but SURELY been making my way through their inventory; I started with the candle heating lights (still using them every day), blankets, side lamps, corner lamps, light-bulb lamp, mushroom lamp (!!!!) and the list goes on and on... Ozarke, thank you for the continuous stream of perfectly curated products to feed my shopping addiction!!!
