When you shop online you expect service… When you shop online you expect service to be animic, provided by an uniformed third party with canned email responses. My first order with Wired4Signs was small and insignificant. Yet I received a personal email from management thanking me for the purchase and offering to assist with any technical questions and a phone number. The best service I have received.

Can we just get a complete kit with everything? First the LED strip came without a power supply. When we asked how we were supposed to make this work, we were informed that three more parts were recommended and would cost an additional $100. When we threatened to send back the unit, suddenly we only needed a power supply and they would sent it to us for free. When the power supply came, there were no instructions on how to connect the 4 wires to which of the 7 connection points. When we asked for instructions, the photo that was sent showed the power supply connected to a power cord, which we now have to go purchase locally and hook it all up ourselves. It would be really awesome if they just sold the complete kit for easy installation.
