Can we just get a complete kit with everything? First the LED strip came without a power supply. When we asked how we were supposed to make this work, we were informed that three more parts were recommended and would cost an additional $100. When we threatened to send back the unit, suddenly we only needed a power supply and they would sent it to us for free. When the power supply came, there were no instructions on how to connect the 4 wires to which of the 7 connection points. When we asked for instructions, the photo that was sent showed the power supply connected to a power cord, which we now have to go purchase locally and hook it all up ourselves. It would be really awesome if they just sold the complete kit for easy installation.

After using another brand of adhesive… After using another brand of adhesive for so long and not being able to find it in stock anywhere, I contacted Wired4Sign to ask about the MMA adhesive that they had on their website. Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service. Speedy shipping and turn around. The product (clear sign stand-offs, large) were easy to use and did the trick. I would LOVE if they came out with larger standoffs between 2-3" for future use.
