I thought the sales experience was… I thought the sales experience was great. Fast with questions, the order went through efficiently and arrived as promised. The materials were packaged nicely, no damage to the packaging. However, the aluminum channels were scuffed and some of the corners were slightly bent. I was able to bend the corners back, but couldn't get the scuffs out of the aluminum. Way too much trouble to ship back, will settle with a less than perfect finish on the project.
