GBLove the Lights, Love the Service First let me say, I love the motion sensing, rechargeable, under cabinet lights I received from eShine. They are perfect for my newly renovated closet. I ordered 8 of these lights, but unfortunately, 2 of them did not take a charge. I started a chat session with them on their website, I answered a couple questions, and they determined that I received a couple of faulty lights. They immediately said I would receive a couple of new lights and didn't require me to hassle with sending the faulty lights back to them. Very easy, very fast, no hassle customer service! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the 2 non-working lights. Perhaps the quality control could be a little better. But, I will be back to order more lights if I need them.

GBI was extremely pleased with the customer service. I was extremely pleased with my purchase on EShine. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions immediately. Unfortunately I did not read the instructions!! Should be easy; just insert the cables and the sensor should turn off/on and dim as one would expect. There is a designated end for the power supply. So prior to contacting regarding a defective product, make sure the power supplies is plugged into the right end. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you

CAwow a company that actually lives up to… wow a company that actually lives up to its warranty, it was a pleasure dealing with Amelia. now I hope that my light continues to work. I an happy with it but it quit working after 7 months but this company takes care of its customers.

GBGreat support Amelia has been very helpful to support me! I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!
