I had the pleasure of working with Paul, I explained to Paul what we wanted and to my surprise he responded with a diagram and what we needed to order in no time at all. I have installed the first set of under cabinet lights and love them so much I’ll be ordering a 2nd set. Thank you Paul for all the work you have done for us and also to the whole company. By far EShine under cabinet lights are the best in the market.

EShine customer service exceptional I purchased two EShine LED dimmable under cabinet lights six months ago. One of the lights failed. The EShine support folks were very helpful and very responsive in troubleshooting the issue. Once it was determined to be a light failure, they immediately sent me a replacement light. Great customer service with ESHINE I have an EShine undercounter LED light that stopped working. I bought them through Amazon in September 2022. I emailed eShine and they walked me through several fixes which didn't work. I received the replacement LED bar and the light works just like it’s supposed to. EShine was quick in their attention to my issue. I have had instances where, because I bought the item through Amazon and not directly from a company, they won’t provide any warranty or deal with the problem. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. EShine really stands behind their products! .
