GBDo Not Order from FastGrowing Trees.com If I could rate zero I would. The first Japanese maple I ordered in the fall, showed up dead. The replacement arrived and looked sickly. I planted it anyway, hoping for the best, but by the beginning of spring it was evident it didn't make it. When I contacted them, they said the 30 day warranty had expired already, and I didn't click on extended warranty, they gave me 20% off and said to try again and that won't happen because I'm never ordering from them again.

GBSo happy to find this company This is the 3rd time I've ordered from FGT and never been disappointed. Most recent delivery was a fiddle leaf fig. It arrived on time, was well packaged in excellent condition, and came with detailed care instrux. Past orders have been for shade trees; all healthy and fairly priced. I've recommended FGT to friends and neighbors and will continue to order from them.

GBExcellent products and customer service. I've made several purchases through Fast Growing Trees and have received nothing but quality products. On top of that the customer service was incredible. I had just received a new shipment when a large portion of our oak fee and destroyed one of my plants. I thought it didn't hurt to ask but expected them to say there was nothing they could do. To my surprise they issued me a full credit for the plant, which was not cheap, because the original plant was out of stock.

GBGreat quality plants Great quality plants. I ordered a banana tree, monstera adansonii and an alocasia plant. They were huge and I could tell they were taken care of. The only bad thing is that they were delivered terribly because fedex didn’t follow directions in box to keep upright and delivered upside down so plants were somewhat damaged, lost a few leaves and a bit of dirt did spill.
