They ship dead trees now. Avoid We have bought several trees from them but the recent one came almost dead. We planted Italian plum tree hoping it will recover but since it lost most of the leaves it died right away. Customer service refused to send a replacement so we suggest everybody to go with a different vendor that supports their product.

Avoid a Ripoff The same problem as everyone else is having - this company lies about what it will be sending. The plants are scrawny and much smaller than described. Before buying take a look at its Better Business Bureau complaint file - it's massive. Avoid this company if you do not want to be disappointed.

NO WAY I do not recommend this company if you have other options. They overcharge and underdeliver in a very big way! I was hoping for integrity and now, upon reflection understand there is actually no such thing as ALL 5 star reviews for any business ---meaning they have eliminated everything else. The tree I received was a full 2 ft smaller than what I paid for and in terrible condition. I don't know if it was that mangled before or during the boxing up process, but either way --I will never order from this company again!

Not impressed Not impressed. I could buy much better trees for less price at lowes or home depot. I will not ever try them again.

So happy to find this company This is the 3rd time I've ordered from FGT and never been disappointed. Most recent delivery was a fiddle leaf fig. It arrived on time, was well packaged in excellent condition, and came with detailed care instrux. Past orders have been for shade trees; all healthy and fairly priced. I've recommended FGT to friends and neighbors and will continue to order from them.
