Great quality plants Great quality plants. I ordered a banana tree, monstera adansonii and an alocasia plant. They were huge and I could tell they were taken care of. The only bad thing is that they were delivered terribly because fedex didn’t follow directions in box to keep upright and delivered upside down so plants were somewhat damaged, lost a few leaves and a bit of dirt did spill.

Avoid a Ripoff The same problem as everyone else is having - this company lies about what it will be sending. The plants are scrawny and much smaller than described. Before buying take a look at its Better Business Bureau complaint file - it's massive. Avoid this company if you do not want to be disappointed.

They ship dead trees now. Avoid We have bought several trees from them but the recent one came almost dead. We planted Italian plum tree hoping it will recover but since it lost most of the leaves it died right away. Customer service refused to send a replacement so we suggest everybody to go with a different vendor that supports their product.

My experience I ordered a Pygmy Date Palm from them for $200 (-20% discount) and received a pretty weak (small) tree. I contacted them and they completely resolved the issue. Another tree I ordered from them - a large Pindo palm was pretty big and doing very well. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with them. Order 9501627956 from April 17th 2023

No Guarantees One of my trees arrived damaged, but survived. 3 of my trees died the first winter (winter hardy avocado and Lohan). One plant never arrived and was cancelled three months later due to lack of availability. Fast-Growing-Trees, unlike many nurseries does not guarantee their plants. They have a 30 day guarantee from time of shipping and you must buy an extended warranty which will add at least 25% to your order. There is also significant variability in the size of their plants. Beware.
