Well it's the 15th at 9:16 Still no delivery Inquire on line as they specify or call no human nothing but recordings no matter what number you press What a crock of ..... Never recommend this place It's a joke

GBdon’t believe the bad reviews people… don’t believe the bad reviews people yeah some orders can messed up but that’s how it is sometimes but not all the time. my flowers came within 4 hours of ordering them and everything was correct. I would have gave just flowers 5 stars but they forgot my balloon lol but I don’t care because the flowers got to my friend perfect

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers that said they would be delivered on time. Then 6 hours later after every flower shop has closed they send me a text message that they can't deliver my flowers on time even though they have a garentee on their website about delivery.

GBTook a chance with this unknown flower service... Employee on get-a-way weekend in Pocono Mountains in PA, ended up needing emergency surgery. I tried to find a local florist shop in the town for the flower delivery but was unsuccessful. I came across Just Flowers while searching. Took a chance. Ordered a flower basket for $39 but the delivery and handling fee was $17 (44% of flower cost). Perhaps this is standard. Flowers were delivered a day later than promised. Employee's husband took a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful. So, except for the 44% delivery and handling fee, I was pleased.

GBExpect Lots Of Scam Emails Having ordered flowers years ago when I lived in the USA I found myself on their mailing list. I have made repreated attempts using the unsubscribe option to stop these mailings but the company does not take action. I am now taking screenshots of the unsubscribe attempts which say I have been removed from the list. Next stop FTC and CAN-SPAM act! To be clear to people reading this review this is certainly the first time I have used Trustpilot to raise this but, me, like other reviews with the same complaint, tried multiple time to get this done via your unsubscribe feature on your website. Maybe if you acted on those requests your Trustpilot rating would be better!
