4 Days So Far and No Delivery Wish I had read the reviews before ordering flowers for my friend in Dover, DE. It has been 4 days since the order was placed and paid for. It was supposed to be same day delivery, still no flowers to my friend. Do not use Just Flowers. They are unreliable. They offer apologies, but no action.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers that said they would be delivered on time. Then 6 hours later after every flower shop has closed they send me a text message that they can't deliver my flowers on time even though they have a garentee on their website about delivery.

Did not deliver valentines arrangement Did not deliver valentines arrangement, called at 6 pm was told by customer service they will arrive by 8 pm, no flowers delivered. Called Customer service next day at 11 am and was told an order will be placed now, offered 15 dollar upgrade. I declined upgrade wife called flower shop they do not deliver to my home and they just received order at 3 pm. Florist felt bad for our treatment and did an extra special arrangement. I asked the last person I spoke with at customer service is lying doing your best and she agreed it was not.

They will always respond asking for more information, but then the lines of communication go dead. They will stop responding to my emails. I just want a refund. Buy from them and get email spam the… Buy from them and get email spam the rest of your life. Once you use them, you can never get rid of them, you can supposedly unsubscribe, but trust me it never happens. I've been receiving emails from them for a couple of years, unsubscribed at least twenty times, and still get emails. Now with valentines day coming, i get 2 or 3 a day since February 1st. Avoid them, it's not worth being spammed forever after! Further, they want me to provide more information so they can respond to my complaint properly. My complaint is simple, they have all the tools that make you think you have successfully unsubscribed from receiving emails, but it never happens. There are thousands of the same complaint.
