December 28 December 28, 2020 Canton Michigan My sales man with Lincoln he was awesome. The delivery men did a great job, they were kind and professional. The men that put my bed frame back together did an awesome job as well. This was the second time I had to have my new bed delivered. The first crew did a poor job and could not get the bed frame up my stairs, they scratched my newly painted stairs, were condescending, rude and unprofessional. I had to pay an extra $150 to have the bed frame taken a part.

And does everything correct not just to make a sale or commission!! I couldn't thank Winston enough for making things right for me and my situation. He listened to my concerns, tried to understand, and correct the awful situation from Taylor location. If your headed to the Warren location ask for Winston!!! I will only recommend him, even if it is a drive it worth dealing with such a professional salesman!!

Once the "deal" was made they wont call… Once the "deal" was made they wont call me back any longer. I have called three times to speak to whom sold me my product and three times they stated we are writing a note to have them call you back. I never once got a call, almost a week later. My suggestion, shop elsewhere, bad customer service

4.5 out of 5 stars... GREAT! Minus a half star because the box came all beat up and I got nervous to the point of taking pictures and preparing myself to battle for a new shipment. But holy cow, the chairs were flawless and shipping was FAST! Like 2 days to get them. And the price was outstanding, literally 1/2 price versus what Ashley was asking. We have the ashley ralene dining set and my wife wanted 2 more chairs. GW's price was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier. I almost feel bad not giving 5 stars.
