Good experience with the salesperson…GREAT Good experience with the salesperson Winston in Warren Mi., I would recommend him to coworkers/ friends. He was very very professional, nice and gave my son his space to look. After the error on a piece of furniture he was able to resolve the situation fast and i appreciate him for that and he apologize for the inconvenience. I was not impress with the lady at the window at all when spending good money,we had to return a rug that was cheat looking, she look at us like we had stole the rug. Not friendly or understanding to our missing item that was not added to the receipt. She made it clear she is Office manager, that sat at counter i gave 4 stars due to her lack of empathy to the situation.

Their furniture is not bad Their furniture is not bad. The thing that really drives me crazy is their tv commercials. They are loud and obnoxious. I always have to mute them. Please fire your ad agency or stop that terrible music background.

I called to confirm and change my delivery date And found out that they had not even Assigned one withe the department!! I am expecting company for the holiday (It would have been a terrible disapointment had I not received my funiture on time! ) Katrina, Checked and made me another appointment right away via phone. Buying a New Matress I had a great experience as soon as I walked in employee helped me find a matress set in my price range too. Ann was very friendly and easy to talk to. I found two beds i liked but the one I really wanted was $100 more. After she made sure they both were in stock bc I didn't wanna have to wait. I still couldn't decide & told her I was gonna talk it over with my dad. She introduced me to Susan in case she wasn't there when I got back. Susan was even more helpful I talked to her & she said the matress set comes with a free TV or $75 MasterCard. But bc I wanted the $100 more matress she said they would just take $75 off instead of giving me the MasterCard I was shocked and excited. So I ended up getting the Halliday Matress Set, with boxspring, & matress protector must have important. The only thing I didn't Like is the delivery guys got here at 11PM which is way too late for me I didn't know it would be like that. They were very nice & working hard. But it was so Late I just didn't have it in me to take plastic off both, put the protector one then all the sheets pillows.

Lenny Robinson and his helper were… Lenny Robinson and his helper were prompt and set up my sectional very quickly. They were both polite and even went the extra mile by fixing my footboard on our bed. Great job!
