GBI went to Gardner White to purchase a… I went to Gardner White to purchase a new mattress. The mattress I was looking at was a medium to firm. The whole experience was nice. They were delivered next day no problem. Until I went to lay on the mattress. I hadn't looked at my receipt. The salesman had put in an extra furm mattress. And now I've spent over 700 dollars for rock hard mattress feels like laying on stones but I've got to take responsibility for not looking !t my receipt. I'll always pay attention now.

And does everything correct not just to make a sale or commission!! I couldn't thank Winston enough for making things right for me and my situation. He listened to my concerns, tried to understand, and correct the awful situation from Taylor location. If your headed to the Warren location ask for Winston!!! I will only recommend him, even if it is a drive it worth dealing with such a professional salesman!!

GBDecember 28 December 28, 2020 Canton Michigan My sales man with Lincoln he was awesome. The delivery men did a great job, they were kind and professional. The men that put my bed frame back together did an awesome job as well. This was the second time I had to have my new bed delivered. The first crew did a poor job and could not get the bed frame up my stairs, they scratched my newly painted stairs, were condescending, rude and unprofessional. I had to pay an extra $150 to have the bed frame taken a part.

GBHorrible Protection Plan - Not returning to GW! We bought a living room set 15 months ago and it's rippling, lumpy, and pilling already. We were told by the salesman that the protection plan was awesome and covered "everything!" so we felt confident buying the set. We filed a claim for these issued and were denied because they said the issues were normal wear and tear. We have to buy a new couch already, going straight in the trash and will never go back to GW because the protection plan is useless.
