Customer service is great..we increased the speed of our Wi-Fi and it affected our camera.. we called the technical department and they sent the next available technician out to come and take care of it for.. The technician was done in less than 15min. Great company. Thanks Guardian.

GBNew review based on incredible service I had previously written a review regarding Guardian and their service. However, I would like to remove that review and post this new one. Guardian came out to our home today and the technician was probably the best we had ever had. His name was Anthony. He reset all of our sensors And he reconnected the breakage equipment and he fixed the panel and gave us a good course on how to use our system, which we really did not even know. so I would give Guardian at this time a five star review. We appreciate them coming to solve this problem for us .

GBNo Fire Alarms Before Dinner I call, occasionally, when I am cooking smoky foods in the air fryer to circumvent the fire department from being notified of a smoke detector alert. The staff is always very nice to talk with and puts a one hour hold for fire alerts so that I don't have to greet the fire department and have them walk through my kitchen to check for a possible fire. (It has happened a few times in the past before I got the idea to call in advance of using the air fryer-- It's embarrassing). Thank you for being a big help!!

GBBottom line up front Bottom line up front. I don't feel safe. My wife won't let me cancel due to the early termination fee. Just some of the issue I have experience in 4 months. 1. Poor quality equipment. Camera quality is Poor. Door bell cam is partially blocked due to brick home. 2. Use of WIFI Extenders instead of WIFI Mesh. I lose my garage camera about 2 times a month. Wired installation of cameras was poorly installed. Just overall not satisfied. I would not recommend.

GBAlthough Although, there was some confusion at Guardian with my scheduled service call - “no one showed up for the original time slot”! With that said a service person did show up the next day. The person did a great job and took care of each problem we were experiencing!! He was fantastic!! Gary
