GBNew review based on incredible service I had previously written a review regarding Guardian and their service. However, I would like to remove that review and post this new one. Guardian came out to our home today and the technician was probably the best we had ever had. His name was Anthony. He reset all of our sensors And he reconnected the breakage equipment and he fixed the panel and gave us a good course on how to use our system, which we really did not even know. so I would give Guardian at this time a five star review. We appreciate them coming to solve this problem for us .

GBA satisfied customer My wife and I are very pleased with Guardian Protection. The security system they installed for us keeps us updated on our property. The fact that the updates are available if we are home or not is a big plus for us. I would recommend Guardian Protection for anyone that wants peace of mind, day or night.

GBI recently posted a short critique of… I recently posted a short critique of Guardian. We have been having problems with our system for a number of years. After the post, I was contacted by Debbie in customer relations. She listened to our complaints and immediately sent out Richard the tech supervisor. Richard was a great guy and knew about our system inside and out. He realized the problems and brought in new equipment to correct our problems. The system is fast and really does everything that is was supposed to do. I have changed my opinion of Guardian and would recommend them to my friends and family Glenn

GBI wanted to cancel my service and I was… I wanted to cancel my service and I was told I had a contract that wasn't up until the end of this years. I have been with Guardian since the mid 1990. I don't ever remember signing a contract. I am a retired widow and am trying to cut some of my expenses so my grandson installed the ring alarm system for me. Guardian can change there wording of their contracts but I can't cancel. I paid my bill a year in advance so I could save a little money. I would not ever recommend paying in advance. They have your money and they don't care about you. A 70 plus senior citizen living on Social Security.

GBAfter the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled… After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled trouble, ie, needed a new battery. We had a very difficult time getting to the alarm to change the battery because it had been installed by Guardian at the top of the stairwell where the stairs turned upward 90 degrees. There was no way a regular ladder could stand on varied level steps to get us up there. We are both elderly and don't do well on ladders anyway. After several phone calls to Guardian, they sent a technician out and he was able to get to it. But even he agreed that it was a poor placement, and said he could move it. We did not want more holes in our wall, so we declined and will just call again when it needs a new battery. The technician was very helpful, professional and considerate.
