New review based on incredible service I had previously written a review regarding Guardian and their service. However, I would like to remove that review and post this new one. Guardian came out to our home today and the technician was probably the best we had ever had. His name was Anthony. He reset all of our sensors And he reconnected the breakage equipment and he fixed the panel and gave us a good course on how to use our system, which we really did not even know. so I would give Guardian at this time a five star review. We appreciate them coming to solve this problem for us .

After the post, I was contacted by Debbie in customer relations. She listened to our complaints and immediately sent out Richard the tech supervisor. Richard was a great guy and knew about our system inside and out. He realized the problems and brought in new equipment to correct our problems. The system is fast and really does everything that is was supposed to do. I have changed my opinion of Guardian and would recommend them to my friends and family Glenn

INTELLIGENT INTELLIGENT, COURTEOUS AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM TO THE BEST I HAVE HEARD. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND PROVIDED MORE INFORMATION THAT WAS HELPFUL. MARK DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM. REPLACED THE BOARD, TESTED EVERYTHING AND WE WERE HAPPY.

ALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND… ALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND EXECUTED WITH EFFICIENCY. THE CURRENT INSTALLATION HAS BEEN DELAY BY THE LOCAL TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS FOR THREE WEEKS SO I HAVE NO MEANS OF JUDGING HOW IT WILL GO UNTIL IT BEGINS, HENCE THE MIDDLING REVIEW FIGURE. I'M CERTAIN THAT I WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THAT WORK WHEN IT FINALLY COMMENCES AS WELL.

Very trustworthy Guardian has been easy and trustworthy every step of the way. Easy install, easy online setup, easy to reach customer service, easy everything! On top of that Guardian is a quality company that makes you feel safe. They do not bother you unless it is absolutely necessary.
