Here to Stay! Other companies have tried to lure me away from Guardian Protection but to no avail. I have seen Guardian in action over the years, even when the mistake was mine and they are always not only right on time, responding to the alarm but they were also courteous, professional, and customer friendly. I appreciate the way they prompt me to test my system and walk me through the process. I plan to remain a loyal customer. Many thanks to your employees!

After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled… After the Guardian Fire Alarm signaled trouble, ie, needed a new battery. We had a very difficult time getting to the alarm to change the battery because it had been installed by Guardian at the top of the stairwell where the stairs turned upward 90 degrees. There was no way a regular ladder could stand on varied level steps to get us up there. We are both elderly and don't do well on ladders anyway. After several phone calls to Guardian, they sent a technician out and he was able to get to it. But even he agreed that it was a poor placement, and said he could move it. We did not want more holes in our wall, so we declined and will just call again when it needs a new battery. The technician was very helpful, professional and considerate.

Guardian onsite tech is awesome. In a new home build and had an issue with my panel. Tech Anthony came out, diagnosed and replaced my panel then relearned all devices and adjusted my door bell camera. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Hope future experiences are just a nice.

I wanted to cancel my service and I was… I wanted to cancel my service and I was told I had a contract that wasn't up until the end of this years. I have been with Guardian since the mid 1990. I don't ever remember signing a contract. I am a retired widow and am trying to cut some of my expenses so my grandson installed the ring alarm system for me. Guardian can change there wording of their contracts but I can't cancel. I paid my bill a year in advance so I could save a little money. I would not ever recommend paying in advance. They have your money and they don't care about you. A 70 plus senior citizen living on Social Security.

ALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND… ALL PREVIOUS WORK HAS BEEN PROMPT AND EXECUTED WITH EFFICIENCY. THE CURRENT INSTALLATION HAS BEEN DELAY BY THE LOCAL TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS FOR THREE WEEKS SO I HAVE NO MEANS OF JUDGING HOW IT WILL GO UNTIL IT BEGINS, HENCE THE MIDDLING REVIEW FIGURE. I'M CERTAIN THAT I WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THAT WORK WHEN IT FINALLY COMMENCES AS WELL.
