Very Pleased With my RugPal experience I used the Google search engine to find the color, type and size of rug I was looking for and came across RugPal's website. I read the reviews from other customers' posts and decided to place an order and was extremely pleased with how quickly my rug came, the product itself and the fact that my baby grand piano looks perfect sitting on it! RugPal very considerate and helpful. I ordered an indoor/outdoor runner to use indoors, not knowing that it would be so uncomfortable underfoot. The color and quality was good but I made a mistake in ordering this for indoor use. I paid $62.00 for the runner and return UPS shipping costs were $32.06! I decided to keep the rug rather than lose so much money. I had planned to order a total of 7 rugs online. I hope others will learn from my mistake. if you order it, be prepared to keep it, even if you don't like it. I notified RugPal of my dilemma and they were exceptionally considerate in helping resolve the problem.
