High-quality product, excellent service I recently purchased a Southwestern-style wool rug from RugPal. It's perfect for my spare bedroom and goes great with the furniture and wall color. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The rug came tightly wrapped, so was well protected in transit. There also material and manufacturer choices if necessary. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and they even provided shipping tracking and you can chose if you want a signature upon delivery or not.

Outstanding Product and Customer Service Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs.
