Good customer service Ordered a couple of items I could not get directly from West Elm. I couldn't see anything about shipping in my confirmation email first, but after contacting customer support, i got a quick and friendly answer and the products arrived on time too. Very happy with how things went.

UPDATE TO DAMAGED MERCHANDISE ISSUE UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lazy Suzy came through with excellent customer service. My Ida West Elm media console arrived damaged with a big hole in one of the doors. Lazy Suzy contacted West Elm and arranged for the old console to be picked up and a replacement piece to be delivered. Jenn, our customer service rep, was very responsive, concerned about making us happy, and super helpful. Due to issues at West Elm, not LazySuzy, the new console was slow to arrive. Jenn kept me updated through the process and made sure we did finally receive a perfect console. She even checked in after it came to make sure there were no further issues. Highly recommend LazySuzy - their customer service could not be better at a time when supply chain issues are everywhere.

Questioned legitimacy. 5stars. Questioned if it was a legit website at first & if I would receive my order . Well I’m happy to review that my order came in great condition, it is definitely an authentic piece & they sent updates through email during shipping. Overall 5 out of 5. Just took a little extra time to receive in mail, but that’s comparing to Amazon prime .

2 month delay and damaged Our order got delayed by two months. There was no phone number to call for customer service although email responses were usually back within a day. Our media console arrived damaged with cracked and splintering wood on the inside. The customer service team did reach out and apologize for the delay and damages and gave us a partial refund for our product since we were unwilling to wait for a new piece of furniture.

Was skeptical but I was wrong! I was super skeptical initially since the table I ordered was no longer available through the vendor and LazySuzy didn't originally have a expected delivery date. But Allie was wonderful about inquiring with the warehouses to get updates and relay it to me. I just received the table and it is exactly as stated and beautiful. I am very thrilled to have been able to obtain a sold out table through LazySuzy. It is definitely a legitimate business. Four stars instead of five since there was so much uncertainty about delivery dates and availability.
