An Amazing Experience with a Great Team! Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. The tables I originally wanted were no longer available after I ordered them. Communication is key The fact there was communication about what was going on. I get that in these times things don't always go as planned. But nothing is worse than when there is bad or no communication. I just wanted honest communication and feel like I got it. Kudos to LazySuzy for being able to do that.

Give Seeded a try! I was able to find the Crate and Barrel sofa I wanted for a better deal than the C & B site. I was a bit nervous about using this site which was "unknown" to me. And, the sofa took a while to arrive. I wondered if I was being scammed!? But, it did arrive and was in perfect condition. The delivery team was incredibly polite and professional. Overall, I am a very happy customer!

Very happy customer! Just completed my third purchase using this awesome company! The design ladies were very helpful in finding pieces I never saw when I searched. My last purchase,a bedside table,was packed perfectly and arrived within two weeks. I highly recommend LazySuzy. Often times their shipping has been cheaper than the actual store websites.

Really want to give a 5 star rating. Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.
