Really want to give a 5 star rating. Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.

Good Customer Service We received a West Elm chair from LazySuzy. There was a hiccup on the delivery date, but the CEO reached out to us and made everything right. He was responsive and professional in solving the matter, so good customer service, and we love the chair!

I couldn't see anything about shipping in my confirmation email first, but after contacting customer support, i got a quick and friendly answer and the products arrived on time too. Fears unfounded I too was leery but trusted the reviews so took a chance … and am so glad I did. Within 10 days of my order, I received an anticipated delivery window. Then a call to select a date, then a confirmation. My couch was delivered on time by a great crew and is exactly what I ordered. The communication was above and beyond.
