Customer Support lacking Salesperson and local installer were great. Sale was a bit rushed, but overall fine. After the sale customer support is limited. Never actually able to speak to a human who could or would help. They may have 24 hour monitoring, but tech support is via phone messages and “support tickets” at their convenience, not the customers. If the installation technician had not given me his number I would have been sunk. He made extra effort and even he could not resolve one issue. They also failed to inform me that the app you must download is not fully supported and I still had to call to have my personal alarm schedule changed. Not a fan, should have stayed with Vivint.

the best experience i ever had with an alarm system installer. installer arrived on time and was both experienced and personable. he explained what he was doing and took time to explain the system changes and put the app on my cellphone. we did the e=signatures but experienced a small problem at one point where it did not upload etc. He called your office person who did a great job asking me the questions etc. i am very impressed with the updated system and the new ability using the cellphone to view the system etc. i have had several alarm companies since 1992 when we moved here. due to mergers etc. we decided to switch because of price increases. glad i did.

I enjoyed the input from Darnell I enjoyed the input from Darnell, he was honest with explaining the try out time to me and my opinions later on. Which I am still debating on. I like the system a lots have no problem with it.

Mad as hell continue…. Mad as hell continue. My horror continues today is 1/22/2024. I still have my wires expose and hanging in my garage. I don’t have my cameras installed I haven’t received any monies return. No one from corporate has not responded to me directly. I have to receive medical hospitalization from the stress they have bestowed on me. I’m still Mad as hell
