GBCustomer Support lacking Salesperson and local installer were great. Sale was a bit rushed, but overall fine. After the sale customer support is limited. Never actually able to speak to a human who could or would help. They may have 24 hour monitoring, but tech support is via phone messages and “support tickets” at their convenience, not the customers. If the installation technician had not given me his number I would have been sunk. He made extra effort and even he could not resolve one issue. They also failed to inform me that the app you must download is not fully supported and I still had to call to have my personal alarm schedule changed. Not a fan, should have stayed with Vivint.

Mad as Hell
GBMad as hell continue…. Mad as hell continue. My horror continues today is 1/22/2024. I still have my wires expose and hanging in my garage. I don’t have my cameras installed I haven’t received any monies return. No one from corporate has not responded to me directly. I have to receive medical hospitalization from the stress they have bestowed on me. I’m still Mad as hell

PHThey will promise you will send new… They will promise you will send new contract after 6 months to maintain a 5dollar per month bill. People will do everything just to have some sales. Specially here in TN agent name is Quarterruis Manuel. Dont fall for this person will lie just to get you sign for thier company. Equipment break needs always reboot.
