I tried calling a number of times and… I tried calling a number of times and asked to speak to a manager. The reply was a form email ... each saying something meaningless to my request. I finally got a reply to say that a manager had tried to call me, but I did not answer his/her call. This said to me that since I wasn't available 24/7 that I shouldn't expect any additional service from Safe Home. I will have to tell anyone who asks me that this is the type of customer service that they should expect from Safe Home.

Gary and William are the best all… Gary and William are the best all around! They make us feel like family and safe! If we need anything they are always here! The product is great! Will stay faithful to the company because of the service!

From what I can see Tyger goes door-to-door, explaining the benefits of his systems, like motion sensors, cameras, and smart locks. GREAT SYSTEM! Fast response!! My installation for my security system with Safe Home Direct has definitely been a heartfelt experience. My tech went above and beyond to not only show us how the system works but to make sure we understood every part we needed to know. Our technician Quincey and our rep Tyger took their time in customizing a system to fit our home perfectly. The Eufy cameras we received are OUT OF THIS WORLD! I’ve never seen a camera so clear.
