Should have read entire reviews Our rug arrived a few weeks ago. I had ordered two area rugs for a large room. As soon as they were delivered I unwrapped one and unfolded. I immediately laid it good side down to undo the fold. Let it sit for a few days and then turned it over. Lots of lumps and bumps and never relaxed. I did contacted customer service and followed their directs except for the one to take to a carpet store to have stretched. I have sent photos of bumps that stand about 4” high. Their response was that they would return rug for $70 shipping fee. Not great customer service. Since this was a defective item. Next time will do my due diligence and read all reviews.

Quick (re)delivery, great product The reordered product is lovely and delivered quickly and efficiently. The previous order was lost in transit despite FedEx "certifying" its delivery. Rugs Direct eventually credited my account with nearly the amount of the purchase and I am pleased with the rug.

Plush, quality, beautiful, and so soft My 2'3 x 3'9 rug arrived quickly and well packaged. It is absolutely stunning and quite thick/plush. The rug is soft to the touch and the stitching is high-quality. I did not purchase the optional rug mat. This rug was 66% off for $27(ish) and was purchased as a gift.
