GBScam Scam - they charge your credit card instantly and never ship the product out, even though the product says 'in stock'. Their discount code doesn't work and neither does their chat.

GBThey are a complete scam They are a complete scam, they charged my credit cards three times $2,688 each over $7,500 on Sept 8th and shipped nothing. They do not answer their phones or return emails and sent a form letter stating they got shut off by their suppliers and will be refunding our money we paid and never received what we ordered. They evidently have VISA and Mastercard scammed because ever dispute we have filed has been overturned they are con men of the first order and will end up in jail.

GBOne of the worst experience in the last… One of the worst experience in the last 2 years. This looks almost like a scam. Ordered a Zodiac pool suction cleaner and got debited on August 15th. Web site indicated that item was available in stock ready to be shipped. After two weeks with no news, contacted the vendor and got told that a manager would look into why things were stuck and call me back. Call never happen.. Called again following day received same story. Again call never happen... Eventually got fed up and called to ask that my order get cancelled and refunded. Clerk told me she understood and that she cancelled my order and that I should receive an e-mail confirmation and see the credit on my account 4-5 working days later. After 7 days with no e-mail and no credit decided to fill a complaint with my bank to dispute the transaction. The $50 I was planning to save with doing with business ended up costing me a nightmare... Avoid this vendor they are not honnest

GBTook my money but never sent the… Took my money but never sent the product. Then sent a letter saying I'm not getting the product or a refund, to file a claim with my CC company.

GBBUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a large pool float ($70) which was advertised to ship the same day. The float did not ship until two weeks later. Upon receiving the pool float I noticed it was stained in several spots. I decided to fill it up anyway because stains don’t really affect the performance however there was a HUGE hole in the float causing it to deflate within 5 minutes. It all made sense..the stains, the taped box and the taped bag the float was wrapped in - this was a damaged returned item that Aqua Supercenter sent me. I contacted Aqua Supercenter several times asking to return this item for a refund since it was defective and they never responded. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. This business sells damaged items to consumers at normal retail prices and is also unresponsive once they have your money.
