CAShoddy American company posing as Canadian Wish we had seen these poor reviews prior to purchasing our canopy replacement cover. Sent the company a picture and confirmed measurements. What we thought was the exact canopy required came in as a half foot shorter than advertised. When we called the company we got arguments and attitude. So much for the Customer is first. Escalated to the "manager" and got a similar experience. We will go through credit card dispute to address the issue. For a company with a Canadian name, you sure don't respect your Canadian market. Shame on you for your shoddy business practices. If we could rate no stars we would.

CADO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! The canopy replacement I received is defective with the top tier canopy way too big to fit. I don’t have a model number but the frame was exactly the same, from the same retailer, with the same model name. They insisted it was a different version of the gazebo without providing any evidence. I spent CAD$239 for a canopy that I cannot use. Now I have to spend approximately CAD $100 (return shipping cost, plus USD $45 deduction) to have it returned! SO UNREASONABLE!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

GBDO NOT Waste tour money on their Garbage!!!! I purchased in January 2014 a RIPLOCK FABRIC - Replacement Canopy for Sam's Club Sunhouse Gazebo It ripped on the second season of use totally fell apart called customer services said only six month warranty. Insulted me with a $15 dollars discount if i order another. Item is garbage and RIPLOCK fabric is complete garbage. DO NOT BUY GARDENWINDS will not stand behind their product!!!!

GBAllen + Roth Replacement Canopy Purchased an Allen + Roth replacement gazebo canopy. No where near the quality of the original. Poorly fitted, hard to get on. Faded faster during the this summer than the side panels, which we've had for years. Developed a leak through small holes that Garden Winds claims are part of the manufacturing process. Our original never leaked. GW wouldn't issue a refund. Never shopping with them again, and wish I had seen this site prior to purchase. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

GBWorse experience ever I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing my cover. The material is cheap and last only one season. If you are looking to spent $400 only for 1 summer go ahead with your order. Customer service suck.they are rude and not going to solve anything for you. Very disappoint.
