GBTalked with a sales rep from Tru Green Talked with a sales rep from Tru Green, very unprofessional. He did not want to hear what i had concerns with when i called. Price jumped $ 200.00 since last year. When i told him that i didnt want the service that what no scheduled by me for tomorrow he simply said, " ok its cancelled ". Then went to the website took forever to actually talk with someone and they pretty much said the same thing. This company does not care about the customer at all or want to hear about any issues you may have.

GBGood to bad I will start by stating that my overall service and results were praise worthy. HOWEVER, once we hit covid they started to miss their scheduled appointments. Then later that year I ended up canceling my yearly service for the next year due to financial issues on my part, meaning I did not wish to spend my income for lawn service. I am now, very frequently getting phone calls, even though I was nice and explained I will not be doing any lawn service for the year. The other irritation is that the calls I am getting do not show on my caller ID as TruGreen, but many different phone numbers through out the country.

GBPrice Charged higher than Price Quoted I had not signed up for service yet, but was gathering information after an email ad. Got a call back from a sales rep in North Georgia (?), based on the area code. First price quote was $976. I asked to take off one component (trees & shrub service), and the phone rep said new price would be $363 - Wow! I was all in!! I asked for the details in an email, so I could discuss with my family before committing. Email came showing price as $636. Numerical transposition mistake? After reading the tons of negative reviews, I think not. :-(

GBNot what they said. I cancelled my service at the end of the last growing season due to issues with my last application - I watched as they only sprayed half my lawn and when I asked the applicator about this he got indignant and said he had covered the entire lawn. When I cancelled they said they would have a different applicator take care of my lawn if I did not cancel, I cancelled anyway. Three days ago I re-opened my account - my mistake. In looking at the satellite image of my property with grass areas supposedly delineated with each lawn area square footage listing and the total square footage they said was lawn I found they grossly inflated the actual lawn area. When I re-opened my account I was told that someone would come out and measure my yard prior to application but they could only do so if I re-opened the account. Trusting I wouldn't be lied to I re-opened the account with the assurance of a proper measurement of the grass portion of the property prior to application. Today the applicator rolled up and got ready to spray the lawn. I asked him if he was here to measure the lawn and he stated he knew nothing about that and wasn't equipped to perform measurements. I showed him the satellite image of my property and he agreed that much of what Tru-green indicated as grass was really stone and pavement. He told me that the satellite image must be from before the stone and pavement was put down - unless their satellite images are more than 15 years old that cannot be the case. I do not feel that Tru-Green has been honest and truthful in their dealings with me and I would not recommend them to anyone. I should have followed my first instinct and gone with someone else.

GBDo your research and find someone else! My little yard was 90%weeds and 10% grass. tI hired them after they convinced me and guaranteed a successful outcome. They killed the little grass I had and the weeds remain. The service tech was supposed to return for a free analysis. He did not show. After several written requests i haven’t heard back from anyone. Even more concerning is that my dog suddenly began losing his hair in patches at the same time the product was sprayed. This is not a company to give your hard earned money to or do business with.
