It couldn’t be worse service possible It couldn’t be worse service possible. My lawn service for which I paid 1200$ was never done. They would come in put a sign in my yard and leave. I have crab grass over growing all over my yard, bold areas and mold. I have taking pictures and planning on taking them to the court. Managers are never available when you call. I had one calling me back today ( surprise!), stating that they will “redo” my lawn and will “ fix it”, after receiving pictures taken by their own tech. My lawn never looked as bad as it is now after a true green company was hired to take care of it!

I called Trugreen last Wednesday around… I called Trugreen last Wednesday around 4 PM and the lady said someone will be out to do your yard on March 26 I called the people this morning I called and they told me I called and canceled my plans which I didn’t call at all on Monday they are full of lies shame on them and last year in June I gave them my information to pay and they punched in the wrong information so they had to wait. That’s not my fault.no good company.

Price Charged higher than Price Quoted I had not signed up for service yet, but was gathering information after an email ad. Got a call back from a sales rep in North Georgia (?), based on the area code. First price quote was $976. I asked to take off one component (trees & shrub service), and the phone rep said new price would be $363 - Wow! I was all in!! I asked for the details in an email, so I could discuss with my family before committing. Email came showing price as $636. Numerical transposition mistake? After reading the tons of negative reviews, I think not. :-(

Please don’t! I have more weeds now than I had when Tru Green started. I also have a lot of bald spots in my lawn now. I’ve had so-called specialist out to explain that and fix it. I was told my lawn is old. They apparently don’t know that your lawn re-seeds itself every year. Truly, my lawn has never looked so bad! Please don’t fall for their lies. And they have no “specialist.”
