We were not contacted for 2024 season We were not contacted for 2024 season. We hired another company to do our lawn this season. The company we hired did a treatment 3 weeks ago then Trugreen came same week and spread their treatment on top without contacting us. Now our one acre lot is burning. Trugreen will not return our calls. Horrible situation and total crickets. We are fuming mad. Utah Trugreen is a total scam.

I called Trugreen last Wednesday around… I called Trugreen last Wednesday around 4 PM and the lady said someone will be out to do your yard on March 26 I called the people this morning I called and they told me I called and canceled my plans which I didn’t call at all on Monday they are full of lies shame on them and last year in June I gave them my information to pay and they punched in the wrong information so they had to wait. That’s not my fault.no good company.

Good to bad I will start by stating that my overall service and results were praise worthy. HOWEVER, once we hit covid they started to miss their scheduled appointments. Then later that year I ended up canceling my yearly service for the next year due to financial issues on my part, meaning I did not wish to spend my income for lawn service. I am now, very frequently getting phone calls, even though I was nice and explained I will not be doing any lawn service for the year. The other irritation is that the calls I am getting do not show on my caller ID as TruGreen, but many different phone numbers through out the country.

I agreed to services for my mother's… I agreed to services for my mother's home. She is out there for hours trying to make her lawn better. When I heard they will spray and put down lime for a reasonable price I was onboard to help. My mother was home, but didn't know if they really put down the lime. Then when I was supposed to get 50% off first treatment, with lime included in my package, I was appalled by receiving a bill for 3x the amount they promised. Wish I saw these reviews before signing up

Possibly the worst lawn care and… Possibly the worst lawn care and customer service company in existence. Their techs don't treat your entire lawn. Just spray what they always do, even if the chemicals don't treat that particular weed or issue. They will keep sending back and charging without resolving the issue. Do not use
