And the one product that got my attention the most for quality control. Your 3 X 5 embroidered flags I purchased would have passed my inspection with flying colors, “get it, ha ha”. All kidding aside, I am extremely pleased with the product and you should be proud of your employees. Thanks and be safe.

GBOrdered June 15, 2022 - Nov. 19,2022 still waiting for order. I placed my order in June, my credit card was chargred immediately even though you tell me there will be a significant wait time. It has been over 5 months and I have been waiting. Phone calls have not been answered. Emails have not been answered. My summary of my experience is:I HAVE BEEN TAKEN AND YOU ARE A SCAMMER!! i will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

GBGreat customer service I originally left a negative review because of a slow response and not getting my purchase. Tim emailed me and apologized because he did not see the original email and he actually went above and beyond. He mailed out my product an expedited it. And he also gave me a partial refund because the size was not available. If I ever need any more flags I will definitely be using him. I would highly recommend

GBFraudulent Company - DO NOT PURCHASE HERE Many phone calls & emails to the Customer Service Dept, combined with submitting a Customer Service response on their website. All unanswered. Same song & dance as the other reviews. I only ordered from this company because my husband and I are a dual-active duty couple and wanted to support a fellow veteran who sells American made products. Disappointed that I got scammed. Below is my email to the Customer Service Dept. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Good Morning! I placed order #5XXX9 for a flag sixty-two days ago. I have not received the flag or an email confirming it was shipped. I did read & do understand your notice that there will be delays due to COVID-19. However, I wasn’t expecting it to be over two months. Can you please provide an estimated ship date? If the flag will not be able to be delivered by the end of November, I will need a refund of $80.28 that was paid to Cavalry Flags on Sep 13, 2022. Thank you for your assistance. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

GBI concur with the other 1-star reviews I concur with the other 1-star reviews. Order placed 6-10-22, they took the money with an order confirmation, no estimated ship date. I attempted to reach out to them numerous time with no response. I've requested a refund twice with no responce. This company is a SCAM!!!
