GBI ordered my US flag on 04/02/2022 and have not received it. I ordered my US flag on 04/02/2022, my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed four times asking for an update on my paid for flag and received no response each time. Called their customer service number numerous times with no response. Only reason I ordered from them is the company advertised it was “Veteran owned. “ Pathetic customer service!

GBSCAM This 1 star is not about the quality of the product, but the quality of the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Where is my order? I first contacted them via their website....NO RESPONSE! I tried to call but the phone is always busy! I wrote again, but I'm sure there will be no response there, as well. I then decided to look up their rating only to find that others, like me, have the same issues. THIS IS NOT A US VETERAN OWNED/RUN COMPANY!!!! This has to be a foreign SCAM!!!!! Rush, NY is just an address! THIS BS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!

GBOrdered 2 Flags on August 29 Ordered 2 Flags on August 29, 2022 and never have heard from them. No customer service department all. I filed a dispute with my CC company and they have not responded to them after 30 days. Total scam

IEI recently bough a firewood kindling… I recently bough a firewood kindling splitter from Cavelry. Be where it is tiny and useless for what it say it is used for. Dont waste your money. Other stuff I bought was fine

GBGreat customer service I originally left a negative review because of a slow response and not getting my purchase. Tim emailed me and apologized because he did not see the original email and he actually went above and beyond. He mailed out my product an expedited it. And he also gave me a partial refund because the size was not available. If I ever need any more flags I will definitely be using him. I would highly recommend
