GBDishonest business I placed an order on 12/6 and it did not ship until 12/18, I paid for it to be delivered between 12/18 and 12/23. Tracking information stated it wouldn’t arrive until 12/26. Called customer services multiple times just to receive the run around and then was offered a weak compensation. The first offer was 10% then 15% then 20% refund. They stated that a second order was shipped overnight and would arrive on time and it was never sent either. Whole company is a scam that took off because of social media. Buyer beware.

GBDamage from flowers Displayed my flowers on my dresser. The chemical that’s help preserve the flowers. Stained my dresser. When I contacted Venus, the customer service did not care. They wrote me an email how to care for the flowers instead of caring for the damage they caused. You would never think flowers can stain and remove paint from a dresser.

GBMy order arrived late and missed my… My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

GBThey hate Christmas and their customers I ordered on December 12th with expedited Christmas shipping that they guaranteed would be on time. They waited until December 23rd to inform me that they ran out! Then they offered an alternative, which I accepted. And yet again they contacted me to let me know that they ran out of the alternate that they offered me! What an absolute joke. I have 2 orders missing, and another order received broken roses. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. I've spent over $8,000 with this company and they offered me a $20 gift card as an apology for missing Christmas. They don't care, and their awful reviews show it.

GBNo customer service The concept of flowers that last as long, as they say, sounds wonderful. But unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service. Now and then I am sure every company has a problem making a delivery. You expect the company to try at least to solve the problem. Especially since making sure the merchandise makes it to its destination is a crucial part of any business. Venus ET Fleur does not seem concerned about this. Delivery for them is just getting the item out the door. If it makes it to the destination is not their problem. Since I never got the flower, I can't judge its quality. But since Venus ET Fleur did not care to address its lack of delivery, I can atest its customer service. There isn't one.
