GBThey don't care about you Ordered Jan 20th to be delivered in time for valentines day. UPS Label created hours later, never scanned. called 4x "We will check with the warehouse" giving plenty of time to send out a replacement order 13th is here, No order received, No order on the way, no recourse offered. Stated all they can do is wait for the warehouse to respond. they do not care about customer satisfaction, nor will they provide you any copy of a customer service transcript. First time customer. Feel robbed of $400 Update: The issue has been remedied to my satisfaction, thank you DAPHNEY with customer service for finally providing a viable solution.

GBSad, Wilted, Curled Pedals Wilted, Curled, Hard Pedals I used Venus et Fleur previously and loved my arrangement, but this time my flowers (mixed orchids seashell) are sad and wilted and the smell was so powerful I had to keep them in the garage for a week. Just a hot mess at the incredibly steep price of $694.32. I contacted the company and sent photos asking for replacement for return, but I am being ignored.

GBTotally damaged! I received these an anonymous gift from someone, but unfortunately received the flowers totally smushed and damaged, definitely does not look like anything on their website. I reached out to them hoping they would send a new box, and they did not help at all! Said they couldn't find the order since I didn't know who purchased them, so they wouldn't do anything! Awful customer service for such an expensive product

GBCan I leave less than one star? Can I leave less than one star? I never received shipping information, they didn't ship the order until I reached out asking for shipping details, the order arrived late, AND it was delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out to customer service they replied "We are sorry to hear about this incident. The order was shipped to the address that we received when placed online. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands." 0 Stars for poor customer service. I do NOT recommend. sp

GBWouldn't replace damaged display box Wouldn't replace damaged display box. The box was really pretty for this particular item and the item was meant to be a gift. Customer service wouldn't allow an exchange or replacement because they said the box was only for protection during transist. This is a company that largely produces gifts -- how else am I supposed to give a single rose to someone than in the box? Box had a massive dent right over the logo, would be a disgrace to give someone as a gift.
