GBCan I leave less than one star? Can I leave less than one star? I never received shipping information, they didn't ship the order until I reached out asking for shipping details, the order arrived late, AND it was delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out to customer service they replied "We are sorry to hear about this incident. The order was shipped to the address that we received when placed online. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands." 0 Stars for poor customer service. I do NOT recommend. sp

GBThey refused to honor a discount code… They refused to honor a discount code they mailed me. They told me to place my order and they would refund me since the promo code wouldn’t work. After I did they refused to do it. Very unethical, I will not order again

GBArguably a great product but pitiful customer service. Arguably a great product, however they do not back it up with great customer service. After two attempts to order an arrangement via their internet website and one via telephone to customer service line the order STILL has not shipped. Due to no fault of mine or my bank. Their customer service has not shipped the flowers and we have now missed the event that was the whole point behind ordering this several hundred dollar arrangement. Totally let down and dissatisfied. Going back to fresh flowers thru a local florist who can deliver as promised. Pitiful and embarrassing.

GBNo customer service The concept of flowers that last as long, as they say, sounds wonderful. But unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service. Now and then I am sure every company has a problem making a delivery. You expect the company to try at least to solve the problem. Especially since making sure the merchandise makes it to its destination is a crucial part of any business. Venus ET Fleur does not seem concerned about this. Delivery for them is just getting the item out the door. If it makes it to the destination is not their problem. Since I never got the flower, I can't judge its quality. But since Venus ET Fleur did not care to address its lack of delivery, I can atest its customer service. There isn't one.

GBJust the worst experience Just the worst experience, I should have read the reviews first. I tried to order red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery. On Wednesday February 9th, 6 days before Valentine's Day pink roses arrived which my girlfriend thought was a statement about our relationship moving in the wrong direction. I contacted them and rather than offer to provide the correct flowers on Valentine's Day, they offered a $45 gift certificate. I've turned the matter over to American Express. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your flower needs.
