Wish I could give 0 stars Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not shop with this company. I backed their Cura 360 project in 2022 and still haven't received the device or any updates in over a year. Us backers have all requested multiple updates, and I've given my backer number several times to the Kickstarter email and Altifarm's backing company and never get follow up. This company appears to be a scam.

This company is just a scam This company is just a scam. I backed their Indiegogo campaign nearly 2 years ago, still have nothing delivered, yet they are running new campaigns on Kickstarter. I managed to get in touch with them recently and they said my delivery address was out of area for Fedex (it's not) and asked for more money to ship.

Scam - they'll take your money and never send you anything Please don't do the same mistake I have done so long ago. Back in 2020 I have backed this company's Pico and since then only have received apologies, no product yet in over two years. They usually do not react to emails at all and have launched several other campaigns in the meantime without sending me what I had paid for such a long time ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you actually want to receive a product for your money.

No delivery, no accountability I ordered an upgrade in Feb of 2022 and it is now ONE YEAR later and they have not sent anything. I’ve been reaching out regularly to get any sort of update and they either don’t respond at all or say I’m in the queue, I’m on the priority list, I’m going to get tracking because it’ll ship next week and it HASN’T after a whole year!! This entire company is a scam and I could never recommend them to anyone. It’s a different customer service person each time, and none of them could be bothered to actually help.

Absolute joy of a product with great design.. Absolute joy of a product with great design and easy to assemble, insert soil & saplings and easy maintenance. Product is made using materials of high quality materials. The size fits perfectly to hang onto a metallic object with the attached magnets and the ability to connect multiple Picos together is simply marvelous. The usage of USD C makes it quite the versatile solution along with low voltage electricity usage making its use quite sustainable in the long run. I fully endore the Pico models and Altifarm solutions to design a greener future for our homes.
