GBScam Scam. Take your money and don't communicate with you about kickstarter project or with anyone since June 2023 but can post everywhere for their social media? Product never arrived in 2022 like it was supposed to. DO NOT support. And if you want to chance it, make sure you report fraud to your credit card company before the cutoff date or you will not be able to get it refunded.

GBThey’ll take your money & not run but also stonewall you Backed their Pico Max two years ago and still received nothing. April 2022 their last “update” on the project was “you don’t have these yet but buy our next thing!” and not a word from them since then despite dozens of comments from frustrated backers. Even projects that are falling apart maintain customer engagement by letting people know what’s going on…Pico doesn’t care about that. Every email I’ve sent is met with “you’re in the queue”. Do better, guys.

DEGreat Products ... *WHEN* they ship I have a Pico and Picomax from Altifarm Verde. Both are honestly *awesome* products, so I ordered an Herbstation which has a "certified shipping within 48 hours" tag on the website (still as of today, Apr.25th) and the order is still "unfulfilled". Their communication has been mostly "yeah .. we got some problems with delivery". That's somewhat understandable, but after two months they still claimed "48 hours shipping". Anyway, after writing a scathing review here they finally shipped my Herbstation within a couple of days,though sadly with a US plug instead of a European. They should at least update their website with a "may or may not ship within the current fiscal year" tag and automatically keep their customers informed about problems, ESPECIALLY if they are not at fault (check Valco for some great ways to do that!) As I said, the shipping problems aside, their products are really awesome.

GBNo delivery, no accountability I ordered an upgrade in Feb of 2022 and it is now ONE YEAR later and they have not sent anything. I’ve been reaching out regularly to get any sort of update and they either don’t respond at all or say I’m in the queue, I’m on the priority list, I’m going to get tracking because it’ll ship next week and it HASN’T after a whole year!! This entire company is a scam and I could never recommend them to anyone. It’s a different customer service person each time, and none of them could be bothered to actually help.

GBNeeds to focus on delivering their current project before moving on Altifarm has made several claims about when their items would ship both to the community and even me personally (they claimed my order would ship within a day but 21 days later there was still no movement). Instead of working on their current problems they are continuing to shill their next projects.
