Money gone, no product Backed their Kickstarter in august 2020, received a last update in June 2022 saying "Your order is in the shipping queue you shall receive a confirmation mail from FedEx once the tracking number is generated. Thank you." Never heard anything again. No product, no refund. While they're still selling and launching new products. Big scam.

This company is just a scam This company is just a scam. I backed their Indiegogo campaign nearly 2 years ago, still have nothing delivered, yet they are running new campaigns on Kickstarter. I managed to get in touch with them recently and they said my delivery address was out of area for Fedex (it's not) and asked for more money to ship.

No delivery, no accountability I ordered an upgrade in Feb of 2022 and it is now ONE YEAR later and they have not sent anything. I’ve been reaching out regularly to get any sort of update and they either don’t respond at all or say I’m in the queue, I’m on the priority list, I’m going to get tracking because it’ll ship next week and it HASN’T after a whole year!! This entire company is a scam and I could never recommend them to anyone. It’s a different customer service person each time, and none of them could be bothered to actually help.

Scam - they'll take your money and never send you anything Please don't do the same mistake I have done so long ago. Back in 2020 I have backed this company's Pico and since then only have received apologies, no product yet in over two years. They usually do not react to emails at all and have launched several other campaigns in the meantime without sending me what I had paid for such a long time ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you actually want to receive a product for your money.
