GBAs someone pointed out they ship bit… As someone pointed out they ship bit slow but for most part I can garden all year long as in Florida so due only to slow shipping I give only 4 stars however the different types of flower seeds I have purchased from them in bulk have grown great. So several years of buying .

GBBad second experience I ordered clover and wildflowers in May. Great experience. I received an email stating that my order was shipped within 2 days of ordering. So I reordered...this time? Its been 2 weeks and nothing. I've contacted them 3 times and got the same response...sorry this happened, we'll check on it. I contacted them again today adding that I could've driven to Vermont quicker. Supposedly they are issuing a refund. We'll see how long that takes. I won't be ordering anything from them again

GBDishonest I placed an order for fall plants, and didn't hear back about shipping for a while. I emailed asking if I could cancel because it was getting late in the season, then that lit a fire under them because they printed the label a few hours later and then responded right after said label was printed to say sorry, it can't be canceled because the label was already printed for shipping. That's just dishonest. I won't be using them again.

GBIncomplete order Placed an order for 36 karley rose fountain grass (two containers - 18 pots ea) in March. One container was delivered yesterday (05-04-2023). Called on the other container and was told that it was a fulfillment error, and sorry, but no more product is available. Now, we are on the hunt for 18 more plants, which are now about twice the price, if available. American Meadows was happy to provide a refund, but it might not be available for two/three weeks. Don't think they will get my business again.
