GBPoor Customer Service One of two roses ordered in January was delivered in March. Six weeks later an email stated the second rose would be shipped in 10 days. Two weeks have passed; no one answers the customer service number even though my call was placed during identified hours and no email updates or account updates. Whether I get the second rose or not, I probably will not order from them again. Too many other vendors who at least answer the customer service line and too many other beautiful roses in the world.

GBClaiming diseased roses to be perfectly healthy… People buy roses because they enjoy the beauty of the nature and not because we want to get frustrated by bad customer service. I purchased a Claire Austin last year that they were helpful in giving me a refund after sending pictures through email right away. This year my order of Eustacia Vye was in the same condition as the Claire. First they claim they can’t open the attached files which they never had trouble with viewing even when they asked me to send 20 photos at a time before. Instead they asked to send pdf file which I did after taking a while. They still claim they can’t open the attachment. Then they direct me to a website. Then told me the rose is perfectly healthy and won’t replace it. If they can’t open attachment they should contact their IT and not keep directing their customers to do something else. And they shouldn’t sell people diseased roses and claim that to be perfectly healthy.

GBA lesson in manners is needed for this shop assistant First visit to David Austin Roses shop and plant centre in 12 months due to the virus. A nice place to spend a couple of hours.Pity the young female till operative needed a lesson in manners when addressing customers, I only asked if any garden layout plans were available and I got an extremely rude and abrupt “no we haven’t!” A bit of customer courtesy re- training wouldn’t go amiss if you want your old customers to come flocking back.

GBBare Root is spindly and thin Bare Root is spindly, needs cutting back to two stems, would not buy a one again from this company, better to buy one in a pot, at least you know what you get After complaining and buying a replacement rose from the garden centre, I was sent another rose from David Austin which was a far superior specimen, shame they didn't send it in the first place At the end I was happy but £35 out of pocket at the garden centre

GBI would rate this company negative… I would rate this company negative stars the company is ridiculous I was lied to over the phone phone. I had my eye on a rose I called and was given various date I was on the website patiently waiting. I called today and was told the rose I was looking for was listed Saturday which is false because I was on the website every day.
